I'm catching a cold

Yesterday morning I felt that tell tale tightness in my chest. I was achy all day and then this morning my throat feels like I'm swallowing broken glass. I'm drinking copious amounts of Airborne, taking cold medicine and I'm trying to take my vitamins but the thought of swallowing those big pills right now is a little intimidating.

I'm supposed to be heading down to Mexico on Thursday and I'd really like not to be sick.
